For the second consecutive year Gautier Paulin wins in Sevlievo, in the GP of Bulgaria. The French rider after dominating the qualification on Saturday, he does it again on Sunday in Race 1, while in Race 2 he controls the race avoiding taking too many risks. In the general point standings heís now in 2nd passing Desalle, but still way behind Cairoli. The Italian rider racing on a track he doesnít really like and is able to limit damages losing only a few points with a great Race 2 with a pace faster than Paulinís in Race 1. The Athena GET Holeshot Award went to Maximilian Nagl.

Itís not a surprise anymore how easy is for Herlings to win both races again. The real surprise of the day is the 3rd place for the Italian Alessandro Lupino with a spectacular race for the maiden podium of his career. In Race 1, Athena GET Holeshot award for Decotis on Kawasaki but the KTMs of Tixier, Herlings and Butron are fast on the American rider. Then itís a head to head between the two teammates Tixier and Herlings with the French rider in first. The Dutchman follows for half of the race but then passes Tixier and with the gas wide open through the end. In Race 2, holeshot for Pocock with Herlings easily in the lead, but the real race is behind him with Lupino and Max Anstie for an emotional fight for 3rd that sees the Italian prevailing for his maiden podium.
